CM Landscaping Services Owner Maynor Chavez is a true immigrant success story. He emigrated from Guatemala, at the young age of 17, to Lowell, Massachusetts. Where he immediately found work at a local landscaping firm.

For 20 years, he honed his landscaping skills on properties north of Boston. Educating himself on the soil and climate of New England. And building professional relationships with the people, and companies, providing the skilled labor required to create beautiful outdoor spaces.

In 2019, armed with deep industry knowledge, experience and connections, he founded CM Landscaping Services. Because Maynor believes America is a land of opportunity for those who work for it.

Maynor’s father is a Coffee Bean Farmer in Guatemala. Planting seeds under a hot sun. Then pruning and harvesting, at the optimum time, his specialty coffee beans. Which eventually make their way into the highest-quality cups of coffee around the globe. Mixing nutty aromas with creamy body.

Maynor’s father instilled a strong work ethic in him. And his father is the inspiration for the guiding principles on which Maynor runs CM Landscaping Services — Quality. Honesty. Affordability. And On-Time Service.
